As passionate hunters and deer managers the effectiveness of a hunting bullet is of primary importance. Clean and quick dispatch, minimal carcass damage, accuracy, consistency, performance at different ranges and the impact on the environment are all key influences and as such can make choosing the right bullet a daunting challenge. Being passionate about conservation and the fact that the quarry we hunt is a food product influenced a move in 2017 away from standard Lead bullets to non lead alternatives. Over the past three years we have witnessed in excess of 1000 animals being harvested with lead free alternatives and as such have learned a lot and are keen to share this experience to help others.
